The Eastbound Technologies, Inc. (ETI) is becoming one of the world's predominant manufacturers and suppliers of Chinese produced pigments. ETI combines North American pigment manufacture technologies, management and marketing expertise with quality, reliable and economical production in China.
ETI's technical team includes well known experts from both North America and China, with many years combined experiences in the fields of pigment research and manufacturing. ETI has research laboratories and facilities in major cities in China, and has established exclusive partnerships and networks with major state owned and private Chinese pigment manufacturers. ETI Director of Technology, Dr. Lawrence Lerner, joined Eastbound Technologies in March of 2000. Before joining ETI, Dr. Lerner was the Director of Technology at Fabricolor, Inc. where he was responsible for pigment R&D in the US and the Czech Republic. Dr. Lerner worked for 17 years, and then became the Technical Director at Bayer Corporation. While at Bayer, Dr. Lerner was responsible for worldwide pigment research and US process control, and introduced many new high performance pigments, which are standards in the automotive, plastics and industrial paint industries. From 1989-1996, he was Technical Director for Cookson Pigments, responsible for development and introduction of new lines of high performance pigments.
